First of all, I want to give a great big "Thank You!" to Josh Quitner for asking me to write an article for him, and for publishing it. If you read yesterday's Netly News you already know that they published my article, and have seen the letters which lead me to writing it.
I was planning to start writing a weekly article for my page before all this started with Netly; just because of a feeling that I wanted to write, and needed to get into the habit of writing. I didn't want to write about the article here until it was published to avoid jinxing myself.
My first of what I hope to be a long list of articles will be about my experience with writing the article for Netly, and I will describe how my renewed love of reading lead to a very strong desire to write. I hope that I have something to contribute to the net in way of my experiences, but at this point I am writing most of all for myself. Articles will be posted each Saturday beginning November 9, and continue for as long as I can keep it up.
