It's hard for me to believe that a year has passed since walking out those doors for the last time. I guess I thought that I'd be working again by now but, on the other hand, I suppose that being back in school is just as good.

Another anniversary is coming up in just a few days, also; it's been two years since I was published by Netly News, which is now part of the internet's history -- gone forever.

So, while this retroactive explanation (I posted this a week late) exposes the tip of the iceberg, I prefer to fathom its emotional implications privately. Perhaps I'll write about it next year.
